Ally's First Day

Ally went to her first day of Mom's Day Out on Friday. She was so excited that she got to go to school too like big sister. She was proudly wearing her backpack and tried to stuff it full of blankets and pacifiers. When we got to school it was a different story. She was so sad and didn't want mommy to leave. I left her standing there all pitiful holding her blankie. I felt really terrible, and nearly cried on the way home. When I picked her up that afternoon she was high as a kite! Anya had joined her, and they were both bouncing off the walls. I felt bad for the teachers! Hopefully this week Ally will remember how much fun she had, and won't cry when I drop her off.
